The MASCD Teacher Leadership Certificate (TLC) Online is a graduate cohort program that expands teachers’ understanding of curriculum and instructional leadership. It provides opportunities to practice new skills over time, reflect on the unique challenges of the work setting, receive feedback from expert practitioners and accrue credits toward an advanced graduate degree.
